It was whether a camera-based perception stack could detect visibility loss early enough and warn the human in time.
For teams building AI-powered video analytics, anomaly detection systems, and computer vision software, that distinction matters. Safety depends on the full machine learning pipeline, from sensing and object detection to fallback logic, human oversight, and governance.
